Sunrise Lakes 4-2

Sunrise Lakes, Phase 4, Inc. 2 is one of three neighborhoods in Phase 4. It offers an array of condominium choices and amenities in a desirable active 55+ community. Residents of our 23 buildings enjoy the many advantages of living in a centrally located section of the city of Sunrise with ready access to surrounding shopping, restaurants, airport, cruise port, parks, beaches, highways, medical facilities, and entertainment .

Within this inviting tropical neighborhood our Recreation District provides residents and guests access to the many features that support a relaxed lifestyle. A beautiful swimming pool at the main clubhouse is enhanced with a Hot Tub and Sauna facilities, while 5 additional swimming pools are available, each with its own satellite building offering gathering rooms, card rooms and kitchen facilities. A nine-hole Golf Course provides year-round recreation, as do our Tennis Courts, Handball Courts, and new Pickle-ball Courts and an Exercise Room. An energetic Social Director keeps things moving!

The main Clubhouse houses our Theater,seating almost 1000, our recently refurbished Ballroom, Billiard Rooms, Offices, large open Seating spaces, and smaller Card Rooms, as well as a golf office and lending library.This is where residents enjoy monthly Pool Parties with DJ, Dances, free Movies on Thursdays, well-known entertainers for both Winter season and Summer performances. It is also the settings for numerous classes, such as Exercise, Line Dancing, Social and Service Clubs, and monthly Karaoke fun.Three large outdoor grills enhance the main pool area for cookouts and social gatherings. In addition, complementary bus service is provided to residents on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to access local shopping and services.Our Clubhouse, Satellite and Pool areas are all smoke-free.

The Clubhouse is staffed from 9:00AM to 11:00 PM, when all Satellite facilities are also available for use.
